Responsibilities:
Management / Leadership of operative purchasing (instructions for operational buyers,

target agreements, etc.)

Ensure material availability in coordination with Material Group Management
Manage projects and considering risks and budget
Participate in Investment and cost center planning
Development of procurement targets at the operational level (especially order quantity,

delivery times)

Ensure the structured processing of daily purchasing processes (adherence to deadlines,

agreed terms and conditions, assistance with problem solving)

Continuous optimization of existing procurement processes
Participate in strategic decisions (makeorbuy, substituiton, standardization, modular models, etc.) for material and cost
Develop value analyzes, target costing, total cost of ownership, product life cycle analyzes, technology analyzes
Manage Quality clamis together with the Quality department and strategic sourcing team
Safeguard internal and external compliance, e.g. our internal procurement guideline
Escalation Management

Application Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) or comprable education / experience
At least 4 years professional experience
Deep knowledge of modern sourcing and procurement approaches
Experience in successful project management as well as staff leadership and motivation
Profound knowledge of continuoius improvement techniques
Functional skills: Strong entrepreneurial and strategic way of thinking and actin in addition to excellent analytical skills
Customer focus: collaborate Diplomatic and convincing in internal and external communication
Ownership and empowerment of others: Target orientation with abiltiy to work collaboratively, with good interpersonal and communication skills and political awareness
Confident and dynamic
Fluent Business English
