team lead at
logit syncreon Niederaula, you ensure the smooth running of your team and act as a link between your employees and superiors at the site.

About the Role:

How you will contribute

Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 employees.
Responsible for compliance with work processes and instructions
Organization and coordination of the ontime processing of the orders entered
Responsible for team results in terms of productivity and quality
Continuous monitoring and reporting of production to shift supervisors
Optimizing workflows and contributing to interdepartmental projects
Preparation of shift and vacation planning
Interdepartmental cooperation with team and shift leaders
Conducting employee interviews and carrying out training and instructions

Your Key Qualifications

Completed commercial or technical vocational training
Ideally first management experience
Good PC and MS Office skills, especially Excel
Good understanding of numbers and analytical skills
A high degree of customer and service orientation
Distinct motivation and communication skills
