- Executing IT financial management processes according to defined global standards
- Controlling projects, services and cost centers
- Support of services & projects controlling
- Managing the accuracy and productivity of daytoday activities of accounts payable and invoicing billing
- Managing the ordering processes with external providers
- Tracking of department financial budget and forecast vs. actuals
- Supporting the steering of the saving program, benefits realization & performance management within the department
- Issuing regular financial reports for department leaders and other stakeholders
- Serves as a SPOC for financial matters into the respective department and builds the interface to IT Financial Management
Your profile:
- Study to university degree level in business administration, business information systems or economics with a focus on finance / controlling or equivalent education
- Several years or relevant work experience
- Strong business and system acumen
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong selfinitiative and excellent analytical skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel (internationally)
