  VIE Process Owner Functions for 12 months, within the R&D team.

• At our Bietigheim-Bissingen site, we successfully develop innovative products that reinvent driving comfort and safety. To drive our growth and further development, we are looking for you to join our team.
• Your challenges?
• You facilitate a smoothrunning development processes, methods and tools in the projects according to ASPICE
• You are a process owner for the department financial planning and an interface to the finance department
• You coach the department team on process method and tool topics or organizes training sessions from respective sources
• You support the department team to identify gaps and inefficiencies
• You define and implement process improvements
• You are the interface between R&D development and quality
• You contribute to standardization, documentation & knowledge spreading in the department

Let's talk about you

• You are graduated from a Engineering degree in computer science, automotive engineering, or electronics
• Ideally, you already have experience in process management and software project management in the automotive environment

- ideally, you have knowledge in software development and validation, especially with Automotive SPICE

• You have a fluent level of English
• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are openminded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking
• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
