Your responsibilities

Installation, administration and monitoring of linuxbased systems and tools in a heterogeneous server landscape
Execution of release and version changes as well as automations
Processing of 2nd level support tickets as well as service requests and requests and changes for the Linux area
Creation of documentations for users and the IT support

Your profile

Degree in computer science or a comparable training with sound IT expertise
Experienced handling of ticket and knowledge management tools
Analytical skills to grasp and implement complex tasks
Customer

- and service-oriented thinking and acting, ability to work in a team and independent work organization

Willingness for a regular oncall service
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken, German knowledge is an advantage
