Data Scientist (Generative AI) (M/F/d)

Your purpose:

Mabanaft is seeking a talented and driven Data Scientist (M/F/d) to join our Data & Analytics department - team Group Analytics & AI, which is a vital component within our Chief Technology Officer's (CTO) domain.

The Data and Analytics department drives technical innovation and plays a pivotal role in shaping Mabanaft's overarching data strategy.

As part of this team, you will contribute to one of our key initiatives, Generative AI Chatbots, which serves as a pillar in driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction & growth across the company.

In this role, you will maintain and enhance our chatbot solutions using cutting-edge technology, ensuring they align with our strategic objectives and deliver tangible value to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain enterprise data generative AI Chatbot solutions to meet the evolving needs of Mabanaft
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements, design solutions, and implement improvements
Conduct data analysis and experimentation to refine chatbot performance and enhance user experience
Utilize Azure services and tools for data processing, LLM evaluation, and deployment
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing techniques
Implement best practices for data management, model evaluation, and deployment processes
Provide technical guidance and support to Data Scientist of Business Analytics teams

Your skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, along with experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience working in a collaborative Agile environment, using CICD and Git for development
Solid understanding of LLMs, natural language processing (NLP) techniques and algorithms
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment
