Head of Transaction Reporting, Transaction Services
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Transaction Reporting to join our thriving team. This new and inspiring role is based in our London office.

Your tasks:

Technical management and further development of a team of up to six employees
Responsibility for regulatory reporting (including 26 MiFIR) and AWV reporting
Continuous further development of the reporting and settlement processes
Identifying and implementing new regulatory requirements
Managing projects and ensuring timely implementation

Your profile:

Several years of experience in reporting regulatory transactions in the securities business to various reporting authorities (FCA, BaFin, FINMA etc.)
Strong product knowledge in equities, derivatives and fixed income markets
Very good understanding of fronttoback processes in international securities trading
Very good written and spoken German and English and very good communication skills
Analytical and strategic thinking, high level of initiative and assertiveness
Willingness to travel to a limited extent
