Your team and responsibilitiesYou'll work closely together with our product managers and support them by testing new features in the software and support new customers with onboarding to or any other technical questions.

By doing so you would have following responsibilities:

Test the software and ensure features are developed according to the stories (click testing) as well as building up a reproduceable test description
Support in customer onboardings with setting up accounts, data migration and setting up templates
Create technical articles for our help center to support users interacting with (e.g. iFrame integration)
Prepare demo environments in for interested customers

Your profile

You're interested in modern software development and having a good eye for technical details? Take the chance to enter the tech/SaaS area and help keeping the quality of a software on a high standard, which has a big impact on innovative production in manufacturing markets.

Also:

You are enrolled in a study program of any kind of computer sciences, business informatics, human computer interaction, industrial engineering or related fields
Ideally, you already have some experience in working in a software environment
You bring good feeling for user interaction / usability
You have strong skills in understandable documentation and processing of occurring problems
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
