As an S&OP Director you will have the opportunity to design, deploy and lead the S&OP process across Pacoma.

Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by collating Sales and Operations figures and forecasting our manufacturing output capabilities.

So, what will you be doing as an S&OP Director?

Design and deploy an integrated, enterprise wide, cross functional process to optimize sales, cylinder assembly and inbound raw material and component deliveries across Pacoma's supply chain
Responsible for leading a monthly S&OP process to optimize customer deliveries, manufacturing schedules and component deliveries with the objective of achieving +95% Customer OTIF and mínimal inventories
Identify and develop near and longer term continuous improvement actions related supply chain risks, such as lead times, internal and supplier capacity constraints as well as economic risks
Improve forecasting accuracy
Establish monthly Supply Chain target and KPIs
Member of the Pacoma leadership team
Support Sales, Operations and Purchasing by identifying and help lead continuous improvement actions

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Preferably degree in supply chain planning
Previous experience in managing S&OP process in the automotive industry
Minimum 5 years leading an automotive industry S&OP process
Bias for action, sees opportunities, business mindset, strong teamwork skills, creates trust, clear communicator
