As an S&OP Director you will have the opportunity to design, deploy and lead the S&OP process across Pacoma.

Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by collating Sales and Operations figures and forecasting our manufacturing output capabilities.

So, what will you be doing as an S&OP Director?

  • Design and deploy an integrated, enterprise wide, cross functional process to optimize sales, cylinder assembly and inbound raw material and component deliveries across Pacoma's supply chain
  • Responsible for leading a monthly S&OP process to optimize customer deliveries, manufacturing schedules and component deliveries with the objective of achieving +95% Customer OTIF and mínimal inventories
  • Identify and develop near and longer term continuous improvement actions related supply chain risks, such as lead times, internal and supplier capacity constraints as well as economic risks
  • Improve forecasting accuracy
  • Establish monthly Supply Chain target and KPIs
  • Member of the Pacoma leadership team
  • Support Sales, Operations and Purchasing by identifying and help lead continuous improvement actions

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Preferably degree in supply chain planning
  • Previous experience in managing S&OP process in the automotive industry
  • Minimum 5 years leading an automotive industry S&OP process
  • Bias for action, sees opportunities, business mindset, strong teamwork skills, creates trust, clear communicator
