To strenghten our team at the Berlin-Adlershof site, we are looking for a
Warehouse Specialist (M/F/x) on a permanent basis.

• You ́re responsible for the order processing
• Preparing of all required export and shipping documents
• Preparing and managing the quotations
• Communication of shipping and delivery conditions to customers
• Followup of invoicing, distribution, and communication of sales documents to the customers and other stakeholders
• Support in the preparation of certificates of origin, transport documents, quality certificates and in the adaption and dispatch of documents
• Updating the order planning
• Support in shipping repaired scanners, parts and accessories

• Bachelor ́s degree or equivalent training in Logistics or Logistics Management
• Experience in supply chain logistics will be an asset
• Strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to adapt and be flexible
• Strong attention to detail
• German fluent and good skills in English
