Haupttätigkeiten

  • Verwaltung der täglichen Eingangsinspektionsaktivitäten:
  • Zusammenarbeit mit SPQD, SQ-Serieningenieuren und Wareneingangsprüfern, um sicherzustellen, dass Kontrollpläne definiert und im ERP-System registriert sind
  • Sicherstellen, dass geeignete Kontrollschlüssel (und zugehörige Regeln) im ERP-System implementiert werden, mit klaren und dokumentierten Stichprobenregeln, die dynamisch definiert und aktualisiert werden
  • Sicherstellen, dass Inspektionsanweisungen/Checklisten definiert und für ankommende Inspektoren verfügbar sind
  • Einrichtung und Verwaltung des Prozesses zur Pflege und Speicherung von Aufzeichnungen bei der Eingangskontrolle
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Verfahren für Inspektion, Werkzeugkalibrierung, Aufbewahrung von Aufzeichnungen, NCR-Charakterisierung und ERP-Transaktionen durch die Incoming Inspectors
  • Veranlassung spezieller externer Prozessinspektionen oder externer Labortests, falls erforderlich
  • Sicherstellen, dass Kontrollpläne geändert werden, wenn NCRs bei der Eingangsprüfung und in der Produktionslinie entdeckt werden

Anforderungen / Fähigkeiten / Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- fachspezifische Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferantenbeziehungen und Normkenntnisse (ISO, IRIS etc.)
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis.
  • Analytisch, prozess
- und detailorientiert

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit SAP oder ähnlichen Computeranwendungen
- sehr Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
