You will take the lead as a product and installation trainer on solar roof products for the PV ez Rack portfolio and support the EU technical support team for The Company's DACH and EU activities.

You will be responsible for providing hands-on assistance to customers with product installation, best practices, and compliance with ez Design Tool design layouts.

• Assist customers with on-site visits, product training at the customer's premises or at a project-specific location.
• Travel activity is around 40%.
• Supporting webinars in the DACH region and attending customer meetings to present The Company products/solutions in a professional manner as a lead technical trainer and installation expert.
• Product improvement ideas related to commercial/residential roofing ROOF products.
• Support the Product Director with inquiries from headquarters, marketing, engineering and sales departments. Sharing experiences from a technical expert's perspective regarding PV installations.
• Working as part of the technical team in the EU and assisting with specific German-language/customer-related requests.
• Deep understanding of PV assembly requirements in the DACH region, knowledge of best practices and local specific regulations. Conduct consultations on technical solutions/designs required using The Company's ez design + design tool and customer requirements.
• Participate in regular weekly/monthly international cross-departmental internal meetings and present product updates as required, as well as ability to present local/regional product requirements.
• Willingness to participate in site visits to specific customers in the DACH region if required.
• Participation in training courses.
• Completion of tasks on time.

• At least 3 years of experience with PV roof constructions in Europe.
• You have a background/technical certificate/training in roofing/construction/carpentry/roofing or specific installation experience.
• Familiar with the structures of PV mounting systems of the main competitors in the DACH and European markets.
• Familiar with German and European requirements regarding norms, standards and certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent German and basic knowledge of English, other languages are an advantage.
• You are motivated, work in a team and share your practical experience, are good with people and enjoy leading training activities in groups.
• You enjoy working in a multinational environment.
• Coordination ability, problem-solving skills related to the installation of PV systems.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required for training and meetings.
