Taconic Germany produces and assembles technical fabrics, which are mainly used in the food, packaging, and têxtile industries.

• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly finance and accounting reports for the Finance Manager in Ireland.
• Checking incoming and outgoing invoices. (Accounts payable, and accounts receivable).
• Point of contact with tax consultant, health insurance companies.
• Contact person for colleagues and customers for billing queries.
• Preparation of monthly salary payroll. Timely and accurate payment.
• Point of contact for personnel related queries from the staff in Germany (25 people), along with handling of all personnel management processes from hiring to departure.
• Timely and accurate preparation of monthly reports.
• Completed commercial training and has minimum of 3 years experience in accounting with some HR duties.
• Excellent knowledge of English and German languages, (both written and spoken).
• You have experience of using software such as Lexware, or SAP, or similar.
• Excellent knowledge of Excel.
• You have very good communication and organisational skills, with an innovative and trustworthy personality.
• You take initiative, and responsibility for your work and have a resultoriented way of working.
• You are interested in gaining experience of working in an international environment.
