Your tasks:
- Providing technical advice to customers and finding solutions in cooperation with technical departments
- Active communication with international customers
- Planning and coordination of worldwide service missions
- Technical support of service technicians and after sales service
- Interface between technical department, service technician
Your profil:
- Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics or a comparable field of expertise
- Your desirable professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician
- Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers
- Your good written and spoken German and English skills
- Your strong communication skills, flexibility, ability to work under pressure and your social competence
- Your interest in occasional travel
