Responsibilities:

Talent Management: We focus on the individual development of our employees. In coordination with the respective Managers, you will organize further training measures to ensure that our employees can develop their full potential. You will also be responsible for monitoring the Talent Management processes
Occupational Health promotion & HSE Administration: Together with our company doctor, you will ensure the coordination of mandatory occupational health examinations for all employees
HR Administration: You will support our team in all administrative and organizational matters. This includes, for example, master data entry & maintenance, personnel reporting and entering payrollrelevant data for payroll accounting

Qualifications:

Commercial Apprenticeship in Human Resources
Passion for people: you are customerservice oriented & care about the needs of our employees & organization
Enthusiasm for developing our talented workforce & enjoy designing / organizing training courses
Strong communication skills would enable you to successful interact with employees, Managers, & external stakeholders
Business level German language skills required & English desired
Systems Agility: HR IT tools experience with SAP and Workday desirable
