We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers.


Job Description:


As a Sales Intern, you will be responsible for assisting the sales team in various tasks, including the preparation of offers for partners and customers, support in the preparation of contract documents according to templates, regular exchange with the legal department at the US headquarters, and preparation of business reports.

You will also be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of offers for partners and customers as a draft for the sales team.
  • Support the sales team in the preparation of contract documents according to templates.
  • Regularly communicate with the legal department at the US headquarters.
  • Prepare business reports as needed.

Requirements:


  • Strong communication skills in German and English.
  • Good Excel and Word skills.
  • Eye for detail.
