A
Senior Specialist in Total Rewards will assist in managing and overseeing AbbVie's compensation and benefits programs in Germany. You will play a crucial role in implementing, and administering total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate employees.


Make an impact:


  • Assist in development and implementation of a comprehensive Benefits strategy.
  • Develop and implement strategies to help employees in understanding and utilizing their benefits.
  • Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.
  • Administer the annual salary review and performance bonus processes.
  • Help develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and report on compensation and benefits data to support decisionmaking and strategy development.
  • Generate regular reports on compensation and benefits metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to the Business Human Resources team with questions about employees' compensation and benefits.
  • In collaboration with Employee Relations ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulaltions

This is how you can make a difference:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits administration or human resources
  • Fluent proficiency in German and English
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Strong understanding of compensation and benefits regulations and market trends.
