the Production department at Rocket Factory Augsburg AG in Augsburg is looking for a

Apprenticeship as construction/industrial mechanic (M/F/d)

Your Tasks

  • Equip machines and systems
  • Manufacture prototypes and individual parts using manual turning and milling processes
  • Assembly of various subassemblies
  • Manufacture of assemblied and welded constructions (WIG and MAG)
  • Testing of components for quality assurance
  • Work on different metals, in individual cases also plastics
  • Manual and machine processing techniques (CNC)
  • Processing sheet metal parts, pipes and machined components into assemblies and prototypes
Your Qualificatons

  • At least successful high school diploma/secondary school leaving certificate
  • Fluent English oral and written (all daytoday activities are performed in English)
  • Enthusiasm for space travel and working in an innovative company
  • Technical aptitude, practical understanding and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative and a high degree of independence
