About the Role

How you will contribute

Execute Lean Training courses
Kaizen, 5S, Scheduling and Workload levelling, TPM, OEE & SMED, Boards & Meetings, Standard Work, VSM, ABC, Gemba, problem solving and workload balancing as a minimum.
Mentor and coach team members who are executing Kaizen Events.
Coordinate Kaizen Events for the region including monitoring of any cost savings.
Standardize operational processes within the region ensuring similar monitoring and effectiveness measurements for all processes, standardization of work instructions/processes and introduction of VSM into existing processes.
Liaise with process engineers/lean engineers on TPM, OEE & SMED ensuring these standards are implemented where practical in all new projects/processes.
Execute lean projects using lean 6 Sigma tools.
Engage all functions to meet the requirements of the global standards audits ensuring successful audits in the region.
Coordinate visual management for the region ensuring global standards are maintained and or put in place.
Data Analysis to identify lean project opportunities.

Your Key Qualifications

Degree preferred in a Quality or Engineering discipline.
5 years of experience in Manufacturing/Logistics environment.
Green Belt certified.
Lean tools certified/qualified.
Training skills train the trainer.
Ability to travel within the region as well as globally when needed.
German and English language required.
