A company that specializes in renting stylish and furnished apartments worldwide in search of a Sales Office Manager & Recruiter.
The organization was founded in 1999 in Switzerland and currently owns 37 buildings worldwide whose apartments are rented to corporate clients for their employees. A company is a major player in the global rental industry. Its cutting-edge in-house IT applications and a worldwide platform enable the expansion of services in business hubs around the world.
You will have to find new clients for the company as well as help with the setup of the office in Nuremberg at the start-up phase.
Your tasks:
As Sales Manager:
- Attracting new customers of the company in the local market to increase company growth and revenues
- Collaboration with Business Development in attracting partners
As a Recruiter:
- Recruiting staff for international offices
As Office Manager:
- Negotiating contracts for supplies and services
Requirements:
- Professional education in hotel management
- Certificate/expertise in sales management Certificate/expertise in customer relationship management
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the local German market
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)
- Fluent English
- Fluent German
