As a
Business Development Specialist for China (M/F/d), you play a crucial role in our global expansion efforts. Your responsibility is to build strategic partnerships and drive market growth in the region.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to conduct market analyses and develop business strategies that successfully position our company in China.
YOUR MISSION:

Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the Chinese market, including an understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and the competitive landscape

Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and execute a strategic market entry plan, considering legal, cultural, and economic factors

Networking:Strong networking skills with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with local Chinese businesses, government authorities, and industry organizations

Compliance Knowledge:Familiarity with Chinese regulations and laws related to MLM businesses and the ability to ensure compliance

Sales and Marketing Acumen:Proficiency in designing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market

Training and Support:Capability to provide training and support to MLM network members, distributors, and partners, both in Germany and China

Analytical Skills:Strong analytical abilities to gather and interpret market data, evaluate performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions

Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly

Problem Solving:Skill in identifying challenges and developing innovative solutions to address them
YOUR PROFILE:

Education:A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field is typically required. A master's degree is a plus

Experience:Proven experience in market research, business development, or related roles, with specific experience in the Chinese market preferred

Compliance Knowledge:Familiarity with Chinese regulations and laws related to business operations and the ability to ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
Sales and Marketing Acumen:
Proficiency in designing effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Chinese market, with a focus on understanding consumer behavior and market trends.
Knowledge in MLM or direct selling would be advantageous.Training and Support:
Capability to provide training and support to team members, distributors, and partners, both in Germany and China, to ensure successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives.
Understanding of MLM or direct selling principles would be beneficial.-
Cultural Sensitivity:Awareness of and respect for Chinese culture, customs, and business etiquette
