Wir suchen Verstärkung im Team in Hamburg, mit Schwerpunkt in der Planung und Organisation unserer Fotoproduktionen. Das erwartet dich

Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung von Fotoshootings und Videoproduktionen in enger Abstimmung mit der Art und Creative Direction
In Vorbereitung auf die Shootings übernimmst du auch das Art Buying und Casting
Du managst und koordinierst die Produktionen von Kampagnen, inkl. Organisation der Kreativteams
Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört zudem das Booking und das Auftragsmanagement von Artists, Models und externen Dienstleistern
Du verhandelst, kontrollierst und erstellst Reports über die Shootingkosten im Rahmen des Budgets
Die Erstellung und Pflege des Shootingkalenders auf Jahresbasis fällt ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich
Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem internen und externen kreativen Netzwerk

Management- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten für Kampagnen und Teams
Verhandlungsgeschick und Kostenkontrolle
Organisationstalent sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit als interne und externe Schnittstelle
Teamfähigkeit und Stakeholder-Management
