    Unsere Studios gestalten das Creative Marketing für unsere Marken und verbinden dabei Marke und Performance optimal. Wir suchen Verstärkung im Team in Hamburg, mit Schwerpunkt in der Planung und Organisation unserer Fotoproduktionen.

    Das erwartet dich

    • Du bist verantwortlich für die Planung von Fotoshootings und Videoproduktionen in enger Abstimmung mit der Art und Creative Direction
    • In Vorbereitung auf die Shootings übernimmst du auch das Art Buying und Casting
    • Du managst und koordinierst die Produktionen von Kampagnen, inkl. Organisation der Kreativteams
    • Zu deinen Aufgaben gehört zudem das Booking und das Auftragsmanagement von Artists, Models und externen Dienstleistern
    • Du verhandelst, kontrollierst und erstellst Reports über die Shootingkosten im Rahmen des Budgets
    • Die Erstellung und Pflege des Shootingkalenders auf Jahresbasis fällt ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich
    • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen dem internen und externen kreativen Netzwerk

    • Erfahrung in Art Buying, Casting und Produktionen
    • Management- und Koordinationsfähigkeiten für Kampagnen und Teams
    • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kostenkontrolle
    • Organisationstalent sowie hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit als interne und externe Schnittstelle
    • Teamfähigkeit und Stakeholder-Management
