Responsibilities:


  • In your role as Product Management Support (M/F/d), you support the life cycle management of the European service contract portfolio
  • This includes analyzing and evaluating requests for changes to the portfolio, contract features, customer facing documents or sales tools, finding solutions and implementing them
  • You will work together with our local European service sales organizations as well as headquarters functions such as pricing, customer platform and process experts
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the data maintenance in various IT-Systems such as SAP CRM, Apttus and Salesforce
  • You manage the European offer documents by e.g. updating the European master documents and adapting to local market requirements or coordinating translations
  • You analyze business data to support contract success management
  • You develop and actively manage marketing campaigns and materials
  • You are responsible for the monitoring and analysis of competitors
  • You work on projects related to the marketing and sales of service solutions
Your qualification

  • You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business related field or you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
  • You have gained some first professional experience relevant for the offered position which could also include internships or working student programs
  • You have excellent communication skills and command of English both written and spoken, additional language skills are a plus
  • You have a good command of the Microsoft Office Suite; experience of working with Salesforce, Apttus and SAP CRM are a plus
  • Your strengths include good analytical stills and a structured way of working
  • You are always striving for high quality and thoroughness
  • You have a high customer orientation and a commercial mindset
