What you will do:
- You will manage and oversee all aspects of product development at justDice
- You will help drive justDice's vision and mission and define longterm business objectives
- Lead 4 product and technical teams, plan and execute team resourcing
- You will be a sparring partner to your Co-MD regarding business strategy, company culture, and processes
- You will orchestrate the production of new and innovative products that reach hundreds of millions of users globally
- You will develop winning strategies to maintain our market leader position and break them down into handson operational tasks for your teams at justDice
Who you are:
- You have a successful track record of driving high performing product teams in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment
- You have experience in mobile apps or games development
- You are extremely analytical, datadriven and wellstructured in your work
- You are a strong communicator with excellent leadership skills
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset an app visionary and opportunity seeker in the market
- You have a strong opinion on how great products look like, and are a driver of new creative ideas to grow product and business KPI's on a regular basis.
- You naturally create structure, optimize for efficiency and push projects to completion
- You are able and willing to coach your leadership team to bring their best performance
- You can easily switch between big picture thinking and optimizing details
- You have a passion for mobile games & apps
- You have a good understanding of performance marketing and advertising business models
