Tasks:

You are in charge of maintaining the data protection management system.
You serve as the Executive Board's initial point of contact for all matters relating to data protection, as well as for impacted departments, individuals, and supervisory authorities.
You are in charge of ensuring adherence to the GDPR and other data protection laws (BDSG, internal regulations).
You assume responsibility for the design and implementation of data protection education and awareness campaigns for various target audiences.
You will process data protection enquiries, examine data protection contracts, and evaluate data protection issues in compliance with the GDPR's regulations and relevant legal bases.
You will give our workers guidance and help as they create and maintain the documentation required under data protection law.
You plan internal and external data protection audits and design policies and procedures for data protection projects.
From a data protection perspective, you are in charge of introducing new business models while accompanying projects.
There is a readiness to assume the position of firm data protection officer.

Requirements:

Ideally, you have already achieved early professional experience in the area of data protection.
You have successfully finished a degree in business law, economics with a legal concentration, or a comparable degree.
Analytical thinking, the capacity to swiftly and autonomously get familiar with new tasks and topics, and assertiveness are its defining characteristics.
Your command of both spoken and written English as well as German is excellent.
You naturally exhibit a great level of initiative, devotion, and reliability in your job, as well as independence and structure.
You are wellversed in cooperation and organising.
