YOUR ROLE:

Opportunity to be a part of an International Packaging community at Henkel Consumer Brands
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA), structural simulations and design optimizations using dedicated simulation and 3D CAD modelling tools
Communicate effectively with internal and external teams and stakeholders to present analysis findings and address any concerns related to packaging design and performance
Contribute to the development of standard protocols for performing structural analysis on rigid plastics packaging
Conduct physical testing, in collaboration with lab teams, to validate the theoretical predictions derived from simulations

YOUR SKILLS:

Student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in the field of mechanical, packaging engineering or similar
Fluent English language skills, German and other languages are advantageous
Strong knowledge in FEA, with prior experience in performing structural simulations
Proficiency in technical design and 3D CAD modelling
Digital mindset and sufficient knowledge in Microsoft tools like Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Adequate knowledge in packaging, especially in commodity plastics, their mechanical properties and sustainability prospects is advantageous
Selfmotivated, openminded and a team player
