What you will do

The (Senior) HR Business Partner (M/F/d) acts as an advisor and business partner for the regional management in all HR related matters considering legal and tariff regulations.

In this role, you will partner with the HR leadership as well as business leaders across the EMEA region to ensure high quality HR processes for our Sales functions.

This role is located at the Clarios EMEA Headquarters in Hannover, Germany.

Main Responsibilities

Be the HR business partner to all Sales managers and employees in the EMEA region
Manage the whole employee lifecycle and support the regional and local Sales organization in more than 20 countries
Work with managers to support, advise and guide on employment legal matters
Ensure HR Controlling and monitor HR processes to secure HQ and Sales Office compliance
Collaborate closely with the HR management and works council

What we look for

University degree in Business Administration, in related field or comparable education
Solid work experience in a HRBP role, preferably in supporting the Sales business
Experience in working in an international environment would be ideal, preferably in a matrix organization
Solid knowledge in labor law and relevant tariff agreements
Ability to build strong working relationships with employees at all levels
Ability to act with a proven handson attitude, working towards deadlines, multitasking and operating in an environment with shifting priorities
Advanced proficiency in working with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Experience with Human Resources systems like Workday desired.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to read and write fluently in English and German
