What You'll Be Doing:


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Take responsibility for the part of the Engineering organization that is responsible for the SaaS Operations and the onpremise ("Self-Managed") distribution of Camunda
  • Manage, and supervise key projects which improve our SaaS and onpremise delivery and operations via organizational or architectural enhancements.
  • Manage an organization of ~20 people (including Managers, Tech Leads and Individual Contributors)

What You'll Bring:
  • Ability and/or willingness to use our product
  • Experience as Director (Senior) Engineering Manager including experience as Manager of Managers.
  • Strong technical understanding in the fields of SRE, Kubernetes, HELM, dockercompose, and GCP.
  • Proven track record as a Manager responsible for delivering a Software Product via either SaaS or an onpremise ("Self-Managed") Distribution model ideally both.

_You thrive in taking ownership of the architectures, as well as how you and your teams deploy and operate software. You are comfortable with the "you build it, you run it" mindset._

What we have to offer:


Compensation
Below is the annual Total Target Cash Compensation (Total Cash) range for Camundi located in one of our entities. Total Cash refers to base salary and 100% attainment of variable target, where applicable. Actual Total Cash offered will depend on factors such as skills and qualifications related to the role.

To comprise the Total Rewards package, Camunda also offers equity (where applicable) in the form of a Virtual Employee Stock Option Plan and benefits based on the country of residence.

The annual Total Cash range for this position for Camundi in our entities is as follows:

  • United States: $201,200.00 to $301,700.00
  • Germany: €133,800.00 to €200,700.00
  • United Kingdom: £130,400.00 to £195,500.00
  • Singapore: S$249,800.00 to S$374,700.00
