As an analog IC design engineering intern, you'll be a part of making our customers' visions a reality. You'll work on designing innovative analog circuits in the field of power management - switching converters.

Some of your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

Development and implementation of DC-DC converter sub-blocks in Cadence Virtuoso
Partnering with design team to develop mutually agreeable design specifications
Analyzing tradeoffs to ensure spec compliance and superior performance at a competitive cost
Participating in design reviews and creating the necessary design documentation
Supervising IC layouts to ensure a highperformance standard
Characterizing prototypes in the LAB to ensure that the design specifications are met
Driving behavioral models using VerilogA / Simplis / Matlab / Mathcad

Minimum requirements:

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Electrical & Computer Engineering
Good academic record

Preferred qualifications:

Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
Experience with Cadence design and simulation tools is preferred
Basic understanding of analog circuit designs
Familiarity with GaN technology is an added advantage
Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
Strong time management skills that enable ontime project delivery
