In a period of ever-increasing regulatory scrutiny, regulatory management is critical to safeguarding the integrity and reputation of the Bank and ensuring that regulatory requirements are met.

The Regulatory Management Group (RMG) was established to manage Deutsche Bank's relationships with the regulators across the globe.

RMG Central is a team managing regulatory exams conducted by our main regulator, cross-divisional tasks across Regulatory Management considering local governance requirements.

In addition, the team is setting standards around these processes as well as for regulatory findings.


RMG Central's mission is to safeguard the integrity and reputation of the Bank while promoting a culture of compliance with regulatory requirements, applicable rules and best practices.

RMG Central's key role is to manage and foster balanced relationship with external examiners and internal stakeholders during regulatory exams.


Your key responsibilities

  • Manage complex regulatory exams, inquiries, deepdives and other indepth reviews across regulators as a junior project manager advising internal stakeholders during the exams process
  • Briefing of Senior Management and business divisions on exams progress
  • Support capture and livecicly events of findings as well as the reporting out of GFMS (Global Findings Management System)

Your skills and experiences

years of relevant work experience within the banking / financial services industry with solid knowledge of financial markets and risk management.

Regulatory background is a plus. Former regulator and / or supervisory experience even better.

  • Very strong MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint skills and the ability to adapt to new technology to leverage for management reporting
  • Strong English business writing skills with ability to communicate complex ideas simply and convincingly, ask insightful questions, break analytical challenges into workable components, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Savvy interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and influence colleagues at all levels of the organization and navigate with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong project management experience, with strong organizational, analytical and problemsolving skills, possessing follow through, ability to manage, monitor, track, and clearly communicate progress on multiple projects.
