I am currently working with a climate tech start-up here in Berlin that is trying to sustainably improve European homes.

From automated energy audits to financing & grants, they will be the one-stop solution to help homeowners decarbonize their homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Climate Tech startup and become part of the success story that will sustainably improve European homes whilst building something that matters.

What to expect:

It will be the first time Head of Engineering for an already profitable startup in Berlin who have a team of 6 engineers in a cross-functional set up.

You will be hands on in terms architectural decision making and some coding initially as you grow the team out.

You will play a key role in the hiring of the team as well as driving the technical roadmap, setting OKR's on multiple new Greenfield projects in the pipeline.

They are currently working with , , React, Typescript and AWS.
