YOUR TEAM:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Contact person for your team for all administrative and organizational tasks
Crossdepartmental coordination and support of different projects
Planning, organization and implementation of meetings, workshops and events
Takeover small projects and their implementation
Representation of superiors in meetings and workshops
Conception and preparation of presentation documents as well as creation of reports
Additional tasks may arise depending on the area of interest and the working situation

WHO YOU ARE:

Successfully undergraduate studies with a focus on business administration or commercial vocational training with additional qualifications; or, alternative comparable working experience
Ideally professional experience in the assistant area for one or more departments or related experience
Organizational and improvisational skills: you find it easy to keep track of things and to take several topics into account at the same time
Interested in agile working methods and environment
Experience with MS Office Suite
Fluent English skills; other foreign language skills are advantageous
