- Sie unterstützen die Abteilungsleitung bei der innovativen und kostenoptimierten Erfüllung der Kompensations und Koproduktionsverpflichtungen (Industrial Participation) der KMW sowie bei Lokalisierungskonzepten
- Als Manager Industrial Participation ist Ihre Hauptaufgabe die Identifikation, Planung, Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Erfüllungskonzepten für Lokalisierungs- und Offsetverpflichtungen der KMW
- Sie übernehmen die interne Beratung der Geschäftsbereiche sowie die Unterstützung der Akquisetätigkeiten zu Industrial Participation und Lokaliserung im Rahmen der Angebotserstellung für internationale Kunden
- Die Kalkulation und Überwachung von Budget sowie Risikomanagement der entsprechenden Projekte ist ein weiterer Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit
- Sie übernehmen die Vertragsverhandlungen mit Behörden und Lieferanten
- Die Erstellung, Verifizierung und Einreichung von Erfüllungsdokumenten und die Datenbankpflege gehört ebenfalls in Ihren Aufgabenbereich
- Sie sind verantwortlich für externes (Offset-Behörden) und internes Reporting
- Sie unterstützen bei dem Aufbau und der Entwicklung nationaler und internationaler Netzwerke zu Partnern aus der Industrie
- Die Planung und Vorbereitung von Besuchen internationaler Industriemessen und Lieferanten runden Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld ab Was Sie mitbringen
- Sie bringen ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit internationaler Ausrichtung im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, BWL, VWL, Politikwissenschaften, technische Ausrichtung oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit fachspezifischer Zusatzqualifikation und mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung mit
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Projekt- oder Vertragsmanagement
- Gerne auch über Erfahrung im Offsetmanagement und Branchenkenntnisse in Wehrtechnik
- Sie zeichnen sich durch Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute SAP- und Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Idealerweise bringen Sie Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht mit
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab, ein Plus sind weitere Fremdsprachen Wir bieten
