Penetration Testing Lead
What to expect:
- Management of a newly established pentesting team's technical and commercialstrategic aspects.
- Tasked with expanding the pentesting company and managing pentesting tasks for both internal (VW Group) projects and outside orders.
- In charge of coordinating technical tasks internally within the pentesting team.
- Establishing connections with (possible) clients for pentesting projects.
- Direct involvement in the process of developing teams in the pentesting industry, choosing the team's skill mix and makeup based on the project's and the company's demands.
- Interacting with fresh pentesters in technical interviews.
Personal Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in pentesting and hacking embedded and Internet of Things devices, ideally with an emphasis on the automotive sector.
- The capacity for both technical and commercial strategic thinking.
- Ability to speak coherently with stakeholders who are both technically inclined (pentesters) and nontechnically inclined (customers).
- Superior social and communication abilities, the capacity to proactively form relationships, and these qualities.
- German and English fluency are both extremely advantageous.
