Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of dedicated research scientists focused on advancing natural language processing.
  • Oversee collaborative inference and finetuning of large language models, ensuring optimized resource utilization.
  • Drive innovative approaches to customize models for specific use cases using parameterefficient training methods.
  • Implement dynamic quantization, load balancing, and other optimizations to enhance model performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and vibrant research environment within the ATTC community.

Qualifications:


  • Ph.
D. in a relevant field (computer science, artificial intelligence, etc.).

  • Proven experience in managing research teams with a focus on large language models.
  • Expertise in collaborative inference, finetuning, and model customization.
  • Strong understanding of optimization techniques, including dynamic quantization and load balancing.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute to a collaborative research community.
