Beschreibung
Tasks:
- Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating construction and service contracts, as well as other projectrelated contracts, for fibre optic extension projects (e.g. for technical purchasing for network levels NE2, NE3 and NE4, rental and lease agreements, etc.)
- Contract and supplement management (VOB/B) legal assistance for operational construction management
- Legal support for the daytoday operations of a fibre optics telecommunications firm
- Assistance in the design and implementation of internal processes for a young, fast growing company
Requirements:
- Fully qualified lawyer (M/F/d) with at least 5 years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent knowledge of contract law, particularly purchase, service, and work contract law, and ideally building contract law
- Practical construction experience and project experience, as well as a corporate background, are a big plus
- Excellent understanding and practical experience of VOB/B and contract and supplement management is advantageous.
- Practical experience with public bids is advantageous.
- Independent working style, assertiveness, and a solutionoriented attitude are advantageous.
- Business fluent German
