Ihre aufgaben:


As an Intern, you will support the broader team in their marketing efforts to a large and growing corporate client base.

During the internship, you will develop a deep, working understanding of the team's offering, from concept to delivery.

You will have the opportunity to work with stakeholders from inside and outside the immediate business line and with our external clients, both new and established.


  • Assisting the team in their daily tasks
  • Providing the team with research on markets and clients
  • Preparing market updates, client proposals and product campaigns
  • Developing a working knowledge of interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange derivatives and money market products
  • Helping to maintain, analyse and improve business databases
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients together with KYC, compliance and credit teams
  • Helping to identify weaknesses in existing processes and improving them
  • Coordinating between Banking, Sales, Trading and Back Office functions
  • Establishing a strong working relationships with other business lines to develop a broad understanding of the banks capabilities
  • Becoming familiar with and adhering to, Societe Generale's Code of Conduct and all other internal and external policies relating to your business

Ihr profil:


  • You are currently enrolled or expect to be graduating soon with a degree from a Leading European Business / Engineering School or University
  • Educated to masters level, majoring in Finance would be a distinct advantage
  • You may have already completed an internship within a financial organisation or the financial department of a nonfinancial company and have already gained some exposure to financial practices and instruments
  • You are fluent in English with a minimum intermediate level German, ideally fluent/native
  • You are experienced with MS Excel and the optimization and creation of Excel based solutions; a knowledge of VBA would also be an advantage
