VIE within Marketing (d/f/m):

Your location:


At our Donauwörth site, located on the banks of the river Danube, we develop helicopters from the initial idea to the airworthy product.

Watch them take off and touch down on our own on-site test airfield.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • Collect and define with Regions, business focus and main messages to be forwarded during airshows, conference, symposiums.
  • Participate at group level in the organisation of airshows in Europe and other regions to promote Airbus helicopter's solutions, in close collaboration with the communication department.
  • For customer symposiums, set goals, identify the company target, set a theme, the location and the headliners. Make this content available to communication in order to focus on size/content of footprint and intended customer experience to reach business objectives previously defined.
  • Liaise with market analysts, segment managers and promoters to gather market and mission specificities to generate contents and ensure the alignment to the objectives of the event.
  • Be responsible to prepare marketing resources and uptodate contents according to specified workpackages; in particular check availability of promotion tools (mockup, aircraft, demonstrator, documentation, video, apps) when needed and specify upgrade if needed.
  • Specify inputs for external Com broadcasting with suggested ambition.
  • Liaise with Regions, to define and organize event's momentum (such as launching of teasing campaigns, list of guests for save the date).
  • For events which are under sole responsibility of Marketing action or where Coms could not supply their support, organize the venue and manage all event's details such as booth spec & contracting, transportation, equipment, promotional material.
  • For demo tours organized from central, coordinate with other functions to prepare the business objectives, sales at stake, costing and preorganization activities. Ensure followup of workpackages and execution of the related organization.
  • Followup after the event to gather retex and room for improvements. Ensure business leads have been identified and created in the CRM tool.
  • When relevant, participate in organized events to coordinate during and after.

Desired skills and qualifications:


  • Graduated in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Management, Media Design, Marketing or a comparable field of study.
  • Enhance knowledge of MS Office and GSuite.
  • Knowledge in MS Access, MS SharePoint, MS Project, Photoshop preferable.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Advanced English skills.
  • Aeronautical knowledge and/or real interest for the aircraft industry is preferable.
