Join us as a Data Product Owner (M/F/d) and be part of our agile, cross-functional and international team. You will drive the growth and the optimization of the CheMondis data platform in a very early stage.

YOUR MISSION

Owning and driving the CheMondis data platform (incl. internal and customerfacing solutions)
Building and maintaining the backlog as well as writing and refining user stories that capture stakeholder requirements and business goals
Coordinating an agile team of data engineers and analysts that cultivates technical and operational excellence along with innovation to develop our data platform
Ensuring the efficiency and focus of the data team by creating a strong alignment of the team towards strategic and operational goals
Identifying critical metrics to understand our business needs and drive our business performance through interdisciplinary collaboration
Collaborating closely with marketplace product owners and stakeholders in verifying product hypotheses to facilitate datadriven decisions
Designing customer behaviour models that have a direct impact on the daily business and longterm development of our marketplace products and services

YOUR PROFILE

Successfully completed degree with a technical focus (e.g. mathematics, computer science) or comparable qualification as well as sound work experience (3+ years) in the product (management) area
Deep understanding of digital business models and process expertise to understand user and business needs in order to translate them into technical requirements
Comfortable with working in a fastpaced environment using the iterative approach of agile product development in interdisciplinary teams
Profound experience in data exploration and solid knowledge of data mining and big data analytics techniques
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills along with the ability to work in a fastpaced startuplike environment
Outstanding communication skills and the strong desire to collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and stakeholders
Excellent English skills, German is a plus
