Your tasks and responsibilities

Managing requirements, defines models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions
Managing from demands from M5 to EiS
Performs technical and functional design considering all components of a new solution
Validating product designs and ensures solution consistency across IT products
Coordinates the functional and technical integration
Secures reaching EiS with minimum impact on the production environment and fulfilling the agreed business requirements in quality and time
Support L2/L3 RUN Operations as well in crisis
Collaborates with other architects, solution design and SME's to deliver highest quality solutions
Has in depth knowledge of the current infrastructure environment and contribute towards development of it and therewith complement Enterprise architecture mission

Desired skills and qualifications

Knowledge about VDI, Citrix, virtualization, IT infrastructure elements
Good understanding of SLAs and service expectations
Experience in project management
Product service / planning
User centricity
Product Life Cycle planning
Solution deployment
Network concepts : IP, LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, Firewall
High quality document design (procedures, processes and policies)
Adaptation at the relevant level of its interlocutor to clarify the concepts and perspectives
Language skills: English (negotiation level) and French (negotiation level)
