As a
Technical Writer with QA experience, you will play a crucial role in empowering our team with comprehensive knowledge and supporting our platform creators to deliver exceptional value.

You Responsibilities:
- Research, craft and maintain comprehensive documentation and other digital material (knowledge base, white papers, webinars and screencasts) for new features.
- Identify and address documentation and knowledge gaps
- Shape our landscape of tools, technologies and rituals in order to foster an effective and engaging knowledge sharing culture.
- Collaborate closely with our product and tech team to gain insights and provide feedback
- Take a leading role in the QA efforts to learn about new features early and ensure great product quality by designing and running test scenarios
- Streamline our prelaunch workflows and collaborate with the tech team to make testing efficient and fun
About you
- Strong expertise in maxing out relevant knowledge sharing tools and technologies, such as Confluence, Notion, Guru Markdown. (We use Kipwise.)
- Experience in conducting online learning and demo sessions using video conferencing and production tools
- Outstanding written and verbal communication in English
- Analytical thinking, empathy and attention to details and consistency
Nice to have
- Experiences in Customs and Logistics
- Basic understanding of UX principles
- Coding skills to create scripts or work with the database (We use Ruby and PostgreSQL)
- Training or coaching industry experience or knowledge transfer education
