As Recruiter (f/m/d), you support our Hiring Managers within the entire recruiting process

In particular, you will:

Closely collaborate with your team to develop and implement business specific Recruiting activities.
Act as trend scout and stay up to date on the latest recruiting trends, market developments and innovative recruiting approaches.
Utilize data and market insights as a basis for your recruitment strategy.
Support in complex TA projects, both on a local and a global level.

What you need to make real what matters.

A Bachelor ́s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or in another relevant discipline.
Initial experience in inhouse and agency recruitment, Active Sourcing experience is nice to have.
Good knowledge of HR methodology (Selection of Personnel and interview techniques)
Strong collaboration skills across all involved parties within TA, HR and key business partners.
A cando mentality, highquality standards and a strong customer orientation.
Contributing with fresh ideas, willingness to learn, fostering diversity and contributing to an adaptive culture in our team in Germany.
Business fluency in German and English.
