Strategic Account Team in Europe is looking for a new colleague to join UL Solutions as a


Senior Strategic Accounts Executive (M/F/d)

Obowiązki:

  • Identifies broader trends in customer needs and opportunities and reflects them up to UL leadership, influencing the development and execution of UL's global business strategy.
  • Builds new and develops existing relationships with Executives in the strategic accounts to identify and win crosssell opportunities.
  • Maintains industry ties/connections to understand market trends and anticipate tailwinds and headwinds.
  • Identifies challenges and solutions to establish UL as a trusted partner to strategic customers.
  • Identifies integrated solutions (particularly multiproduct sales) to address complex client needs into a series of assigned Strategic tiered accounts; articulates the value proposition of complex products and services to customers.
  • Recognizes account growth opportunities and develops customer solutions both inside and outside of the assigned accounts' Business Unit (BU) and Customer Segment, teaming with specialized UL resources as needed.
  • Deploys sales plays in coordination with Commercial Operations, which may involve offerings across BUs, teaming with specialized UL resources as needed.
  • Partner with relevant internal stakeholders (Sales/Account Executives, Solution Architects, Commercial Operations/COUs Leaders etc.) to ensure the alignment over the Account long term strategy and UL solutions mutual objectives.
  • Develop a 35 years Account Strategic Plan to drive the growth of the revenue and ensure the development of a strong partnership with the Account.

Kwalifikacje:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
  • Around 7 years of working experience in sales and with high level customers and/or demonstrated account management capability.
  • Experience in sales of Testing, Inspection & Certification services or software/advisory solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage and sell into large, diverse accounts, both individually and with the assistance of supporting personnel.
  • Proficiency in account management and planning tools.
  • Fluency in German and strong command of English is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce or a similar CRM tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to solve complex problems.
  • Great communicator able to present dynamic solutions to customers.
  • Available to travel.
