As the HR Business Partner, you are passionate about aligning business goals with employees and (senior) management. You are an advisor to the management on business topics, and a counselor to managers and employees.

This role is all about contributing to the people strategy of the supply organization and enriching the support structure for management.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to help create programs and processes from scratch.

You will develop innovative talent strategies, tools and processes that drive our business forward and enable our employees to deliver excellence in a culture of growth.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactively contributing to the Business Unit with an understanding of business operations, processes, and organizational needs.
Definition and monitoring of clear goals for the Business Unit (Supporting Role).
Use of HR relevant KPI's to track and increase productivity and thus the profit contribution of the Business Unit.
Sustainable implementation and further development of "Vision
Mission
Values" with the basic understanding that "Values create Value."
Being a competent, discreet, and integral contact and sparring partner for the executives.
Consult with managers and provide guidance and coaching when appropriate.
Compensation determination and development in cooperation with the executives
Close collaboration with management on the implementation of key people processes (e.g.; performance management, compensation, benefits, development programs etc.)
Provide guidance and input on workforce planning, succession planning, compensation, benchmarking etc.
Identify training needs for Business Unit.
Contribute to reducing legal risk and ensuring compliance through thorough knowledge of legal requirements related to daytoday personnel management. Strong contribution to changing the culture towards "one company" and overcoming "silos."
Ensure consistent implementation of HR processes and systems
Provide full HR support for the Business Unit (entire HR value chain)
Ensure lean, errorfree HR administration
Ensure clear communication to manager and employees on processes and policies and find scalable solutions to interact with your stakeholders
Participate in the (further) development of HR tools / processes / systems within the scope of HR projects as well as management of projects in the HR area

QUALIFICATIONS

You have successfully completed a degree or comparable training and have several years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
You are characterized by a good understanding of business and strong consulting and social skills.
You convince with your proactivity, your communication and negotiation skills as well as your assertiveness.
You have a solid knowledge of Italian labor law and are familiar with change management processes.
You have an affinity for digitalization topics.
You are an organizational talent, work in a structured, selfreliant, and serviceoriented manner and enjoy working in a team.
You have very good English skills and are confident in using MS Office.
