The Role:
Global AdTech Leader


You will enjoy this role if you are passionate about helping clients plan, build and sustain engaging digital experiences leveraging the latest digital strategies, solutions, and technologies.

This role helps clients identify and understand the latest tools and trends in Marketing and Advertising Technology (MarTech and AdTech).

to maximize Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) from media dollars while navigating the latest privacy regulations to safeguard customer data.


As an AdTech Leader, you advise and guide business stakeholders to define the future of their digital marketing capabilities - bridging the gap between the business and technology to transform the organization and build engaging and highly personalized experiences for customers.


Core Responsibilities

  • Contribute to overall growth of Slalom's AdTech/MarTech capability through a combination of sales, delivery work and thought leadership
  • Define Advertising Technology and Marketing Technology strategies and solutions across marketing, sales, and service
  • Analyze and understand client's Marketing and Advertising Technology maturity and needs from a people/process/system perspective including research methods such as market benchmarking, stakeholder interviews, maturity assessments and other techniques
  • Lead engagements and be responsible for $2.5M+ managed or sold revenue target
  • Mentor team members, and support recruiting and onboarding of new employees

Desired Background

  • Core skills in marketing analytics, AdTech/MarTech strategy & planning, competitive benchmarking, maturity model assessments, and agile marketing
  • Proficiency in developing roadmaps for advertising and/or marketing technology ecosystems needed to better serve customers (e.g., marketing automation platform, CDP, DSP, SSP, CDP, Data Clean Rooms)
  • Experience with account management, sales, and practice development in the AdTech/MarTech space
  • Ability to manage teams, large programs/projects, and stakeholder relationships across multiple clients
  • Authorized to work in Germany without restriction and ability to travel as needed by client
