Join our team as the Global Head of Project Logistics Health & Safety, and lead the way towards a sustainable future by driving a comprehensive safety and health culture.

Your Role :The Global Head of Project Logistics Health & Safety (HS) leads the overall global strategy for HS and is responsible for the drive towards a comprehensive HS management system, generative safety, and health culture to support Project Logistics to become the most trusted supply chain partner for a sustainable future.

Your Responsibilities:

Define the vision, management, and technical expertise to set, refine and deliver the strategy and programs to meet unique business needs related to HS compliance, risk mitigation/management and safety culture.
Translate HS strategy into functional objectives and activities, and initiate targeted projects to enhance HS effectiveness.
Conduct proactive and continuous stakeholder management within Project Logistics and other departments to ensure support for and successful implementation of HS strategy and projects.
Build a clear vision of NO HARM and maintain knowledge on legislation.
Ensure that hazard identification and risk assessments are effectively conducted as needed with respect to task, departments, and sites, to reduce risks to personnel and the environment.
Establish effective procedures and ongoing training with the goal of establishing and maintaining a safetyfirst mindset among all employees.
Lead and mentor a team of HS professionals globally.
Assess the health of the HS program and maintain continuous improvements.

Your Skills and Experiences:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, or technical discipline.
Seasoned professional with experience in Occupational Health and/or Safety exposure in a manufacturing, engineering or industrial environment.
Understanding of global/local safety regulations (e.g. OSHA), regulatory compliance, inspections, incident investigations, process safety, contractor safety, HSE training, hazard reviews and job safety evaluation.
Leadership competencies, including strategy development and deployment as well as steering and influencing organizations.
Demonstrated ability to build global teams and establish credibility in a highly matrixed environment as well as with a wide range of stakeholders (clients, customers, and team members).
Expertise of working within a multistakeholder environment where balancing needs are important to achieve effective results.
