Your Tasks

You are assisting the Head of People & Organization Development in building, improving, and communicating measures on talent management and people development.
You are taking care of organizing training sessions including coordination with consultant trainers and participants, including finding the best available training providers in the market.
You are inculcating a learning culture by developing effective training communications to make employees informed, updated, and engaged.
You are organizing & managing the monthly employee onboarding program.
You are supporting in setting up and managing employee feedback mechanisms including engagement surveys, monthly onboarding surveys, and probation feedback.
You are assisting with the implementation of a DEI framework.
You are supporting in the planning, implementation & communication of change initiatives including rolling out leadership development programs, and values.
You are managing the launch of a new HRMS tool and conducting performance reviews and goal setting on a biannual basis.
You are coming up with interesting employee engagement and teambuilding ideas to enhance the overall employee experience.
You work closely with other P&C subteam

Your Profile

You have a degree in Business Administration, Business Studies with a focus on HR, L&OD, or a similar degree.
You have handson experience with managing performance reviews and Goal setting cycles.
You have worked on managing end to end employee onboarding cycle.
You have experience with HRMS tools like Leapsome, Personio, etc.
You have experience in managing DEI framework or are keen about the topic to take initiative.
You have a strong passion for working with people and strong relationship management skills.
You have ideally professional experience in learning & people development with a strong network of training consultants in the market, experience in employee engagement initiatives is a plus.
You are fluent in English and German (other languages are a plus) and have strong communication skills.
You have a positive attitude, known for delivering, high integrity, and compliance with internal quality standards.
You have a strong attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects and support different functions at one time.
You are wellorganized, flexible, executionfocused, and able to thrive when no two days are the same.
You are eager to learn constantly and implement your knowledge effectively.
You ideally can train the Trainer Certification
You ideally have working knowledge of HRMS and LMS
