We are a global team of Salesforce System Administrators.

Our main task is supporting our Salesforce CRM users in sales, marketing, Professional Services, and finance with their Salesforce-related requests.


YOUR TASKS
All requests are received and processed via our Jira service portal.

It may also be necessary to help the Salesforce System Administrator team with system enhancements and optimization.


YOUR PROFILE

  • BS in Computer Science or similar IT or business degree (in progress)
  • Willing to learn the basics of Salesforce Customer Relationship Management technology
  • Understanding of database design and programming
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
  • Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global crossfunctional teams
  • Pays attention to detail and quality
