- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Analyse und Optimierung von neuen Anforderungen im Kundenservice und das End-to-End, von der Ticketannahme bis hin zur Bearbeitung von Tickets mit utilities-spezifischer Integration in die Backend Systeme.
- Du führst interaktive CRM Workshops mit unseren Kunden durch und erstellst technische Konzepte.
- Während den Implementierungsphasen übernimmst du Customizing (und Entwicklung) in der SAP Service Cloud.
- Du wächst in vielfältige SAP-Renommée-Projekte hinein – begleitet von einem Team aus erfahrenen SAP-Profis.
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Service-Wissens.
- Du besuchst gezielte Weiterbildungen innerhalb unserer Karrierepfade und kannst dich individuell weiterentwickeln.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Prozessanalyse, Konzeptionserstellung und Implementierung der SAP Service Cloud for Utilities.
- Du bist sehr kommunikativ und hast Interesse an der strukturierten Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen im Kundenservice.
- Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du arbeitest gerne mit Kunden zusammen und erarbeitest genauso gerne Lösungen für knifflige Herausforderungen.
- Du bist neugierig weitere SAP CX Lösungen, wie SAP Sales Cloud, SAP emarsys, SAP CDC oder SAP CDP, kennenzulernen und dich stets weiterzuentwickeln.
